Circumstances of Loss:

Mr Kelly was stationary when a third party hit him in the rear. This claim was clearly non fault and the damages to the vehicle were bad enough to declare it a write off. His vehicle was off the road and it took 5 weeks for him to replace the van and fit it out with a new WFP System which was also badly damaged in the accident. We allowed him use of our Replacement Reach and Wash Van until he was back on the road.

Circumstances of Loss:

Mr Rogerson-Williams collided with a third party and hit them in the rear. This claim was settled as “fault”. The vehicle was drivable so our Replacement Reach and Wash Van was supplied for a week whilst the Mr Rogerson-Williams vehicle was repaired.

Client Comments:

I found Alexander Swan caring, communicative and responsive during my recent claim which was settled quicker than expected. I rate the entire claims service as outstanding. Good all round team work.


  

Salter Cleaning Services Ltd

Client received our Replacement R&W Van: 16/11/2010

And it was collected Returned: 28/01/2011

Circumstances of Loss:

Mr Salter’s van was stolen when his employees were working from it. The vehicle was not recovered so Mr Salter purchased a new with his van insurance payout on 4/12/2010. A new Reach and Wash System was installed on 28/01/2011. Mr Salter had use of our Replacement Reach and Wash Vehicle for two and a half months. The bad weather conditions and the Christmas break caused delays for Mr Salter’s new Reach and Wash system but the claim itself has not prevented Mr Salter working.
